Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to join our team. As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including talent management, employee relations, payroll, and compliance with employment labor laws. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.

Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment labor laws
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Oversee talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and employee engagement
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies and procedures
- Lead the recruitment process by creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Collaborate with department managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives to support the company's growth objectives
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a senior-level HR role with a focus on strategic planning
- In-depth knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
